 The Body Bobber was conceived by a group of friends that for years had used life jackets upside down when 'social floating'. That is to say, we had our legs through the arm holes of the life vest and our hands free, possibly holding a beverage. This activity was a lot of fun however; we believed that there had to be a better, safer and more comfortable way to do this activity. Thus began the process of developing this new recreational floatation device, and since we looked like we we’re bobbing in the lake we named the product Body Bobber.
Dennis L. Davey the founder and President of Plimsoll Products, Inc. is transferring his extensive business background in starting and growing medical device companies toward his lifelong love of the water and boating and wishes everyone an enjoyable and safe experience using the Body Bobber.
